Cancellation policy

One-time purchases are charged once and do not renew automatically.

If you select a subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically at the price and frequency displayed at checkout. Any introductory offer and subsequent renewal price will be disclosed before purchase.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled charge through your customer account or the “Manage subscription” link in your subscription emails. If you need assistance, contact our customer support team with your order number.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges and orders. It does not automatically cancel or refund orders already paid for or shipped. To request cancellation of an existing order, contact us as soon as possible. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
